Rose Moynihan (born November 2, 1989) was the fifth victim of a serial killer known as the Mad Batter, and the only non-brunette woman he murdered (she was a redhead). At trial, the killer admitted that his true target had been Moynihan's husband, Grayson Gaynes, a New York City Police Department detective who was assigned to the Mad Batter investigation.

Moynihan graduated from City University of New York in 2012 with a degree in studio art. She was an aspiring artist at the time of her death, working in the service industry to help make ends meet.
