Edward Vittorio (born January 8, 1991) was one of two victims (along with Ann-Marie Toscani) in the third homicidal attack attributed to the serial killer known as the Mad Batter. Vittorio was the killer's first male victim, but like previous victims, a graduate of Barbera Academy High School (class of 2009). Vittorio also had continuing ties to former classmate Matteo Di Buca, making ends meet as a dockworker-by-day, enforcer-by-night for the Di Buca crime family. Despite the fact that Di Buca and Toscani were at that time supposed to be exclusively romantic, Vittorio had also been carrying on an affair with Toscani for some months.
Vittorio was killed on June 1, 2014 at a remote cabin getaway near Canaan Valley, West Virginia, where he had rendezvoused with Toscani for a weeklong tryst. Subsequent to his killer's arrest and confession, Vittorio's body was finally recovered from where the killer buried it, not 100 yards from the cabin rental.
